Once you become a member of Fund My Life, filing a claim is straightforward. If you experience a qualified illness or injury, or in the event of your passing while your coverage is active, you or your beneficiary can submit a claim with one or more of our partnered insurance funding providers. The specific type of claim will depend on your coverage, which may include living benefits funding, paycheck protection, accident compensation, critical illness funding, or death benefits. Once the claim is submitted, the provider will review it, and upon approval, funds will be disbursed either by check or direct deposit. You and your beneficiaries have the flexibility to use these funds however you see fit.
